Wes has been leading the Denver Youth Worker Collective since 2015.  He loves to be outdoors, a strong cup of coffee and local youth workers and the ministry they do.

He is also the Director of Student Ministries at Greenwood Community Church in Greenwood Village 

​Allison has been working in youth ministry since 2004 in church, parachurch, and camp ministries. She currently works with adolescents and young adults as an LPC at Southwest Counseling Associates and as the Youth Pastor at Platt Park Church. Allison loves life here in Denver with her husband, Taylor and their daughter, enjoying as much time as they can get up in the mountains

Gareth has been working in Youth Ministry in Denver since 1999! He leads with Denver Youth For Christ and oversees 3 ministry models in the region. He's married and has three sons.

Gareth enjoys empowering our ministry leaders to work with our population of youth, backpacking with my sons, and watching Redbox movies with my wife.

Mickayla hails from the Pacific Northwest and is relatively new to the Front Range.  Mickayla has been working with youth in various capacities for the last few years. She is the Assistant Youth Pastor at Colorado Community Church in Aurora. 

Mickayla is married to her husband James and enjoys all the beauty and adventure Colorado has to offer.

Nick Elio has worked with students for over a decade in many contexts, Nick speaks from his experience in student ministry, from middle school to college, large and small. He studied sociology and psychology at the University of Colorado Denver Nick currently lives in Denver with his wife and their two boys and enjoys cooking and music in his spare time.

Nick also serves as the Family Ministries Pastor of Denver Community Church.

Gabrielle is a transplant to Colorado from the East Coast having been raised in Virginia Beach, VA.  Gabrielle is passionate about seeing young people incorporated into their role and gifts in the Kingdom of God  

Gabrielle is the Next Gen Pastor at Landing Place Church in Commerce City, CO

Mike has been working with youth since 1999 in churches, parachurch organizations, and athletic coaching. He’s worked with kids in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, California, and Colorado. He loves working with adolescents, networking with other youth workers, and doing things outside like skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, and running. His favorite person is his wife Heidi. They are renovating their home in Denver while their two dogs find ways to get in trouble.

He is also the Director of Student Ministries at Broomfield United Methodist Church.

Ellie is a rockstar youth worker even though she's only a few years into her career working with teenagers. She is currently serving as the Middle School Coordinator at Wellspring Church in Englewood. Ellie is passionate about seeing Scripture come to life, good tunes and a quality cup of coffee.

Ellie is married to her husband Nick and enjoys getting outside as much as the next Colorado transplant!
